Order Processing

All of our products are custom-made. Processing time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the type of product and order volume.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (after processing)
• Local Delivery in Florida (when available): 1–2 days

Delays

Dream Prints Studio LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Marked as Delivered

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
